Coaching Skills for Parents and Family Life

Coaching Skills for Parents and Family Life

The programme has been designed to meet the needs of parents and families as they face up to the daily challenges of family life. Whether that’s ‘what was normal’ in pre-pandemic times or to support parents and families with the added strains of working from home and homeschooling in our 'new normal'.

The programme has been tried and tested for over 10 years and has been run in large corporate organisations such as Citigroup, Belron plc, Morgan Stanley, Cooper Parry, Boots, in SMEs, to the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust, in local authority Housing Associations, in the NHS, in schools and to public groups – always to resounding success.

The skills will equip you to support parents or caregivers specifically 1:1, or as a series of workshops delivered to small groups or to larger groups in organisations. It can be delivered face to face or virtually.

Techniques or sections from the programme can also be incorporated into 1:1 coaching sessions if parenting or family life is a topic for coaching.

The programme is about using coaching skills in a family context and focuses on the needs of parents as well as the needs of children.
