BY THE END OF THE PROGRAMME, YOU WILL...

Be able to experience a safe group coaching environment with other like-minded women. A golden opportunity to create the life they’ve always wanted.
Have learned how to value themselves. Using practical tools delegates will explore what coaching is and how to use the techniques in everyday life.
Have practised assertive communication, and how to say no more easily; will have practised coaching other delegates and will have been coached.
Understand how they can be the best version of themselves. They will leave the programme with an understanding of what that ‘best version’ looks like for them. Every delegate will have a unique experience.
